Reasons for account ban
To ensure excellent service, the Captain's account may be temporarily or permanently banned as a result, but not only for the following reasons:
Give the captain account to someone else
The pricing is incorrect
A vehicle that does not match a captain's account
Any form of misconduct
Note: The temporary ban can be reversed after contacting a representative or after reviewing a technical support service.
Temporary bans initiated by our team will be active until the Captain fulfills the requirements communicated prior to activating the account.
