Captain Loop must display a clear and visible picture of himself within the app.
Good profile picture:
Your face appears in the center of the frame (you smile beyond!)
Show only you (and no other people)
Not blurry
Does not contain hats or sunglasses (optical glasses and religious clothing are accepted)
Shooting is done in good lighting (try to face a light source, such as a lamp or a window)
It is taken against a solid background.
Update profile picture
You can change the profile picture through the technical support service by following these steps:
Go to the company's website
Click on Support
, and speak with the available service representative
You can now upload the profile picture of the support team.
