Paid wait time fees

Paid wait time fee is a per-minute charge when the vehicle speed becomes less than 20 km/h and starts after waiting three minutes upon the driver arrivals at your location This fee helps to compensate for the driver's efforts and time spent waiting.

If your trip is cancelled, you won't be charged for the waiting time.

Please keep in mind that if the driver waits for you at the intermediate destination, additional charges for waiting time may be applied.
