Customer did not pay or pay less

The Drivers are responsible for collecting the Trip amount from the customer for the cash-paid trips.






Please follow the following guidelines when the customer does not pay or pays less for the trip in cash:

Politely ask the customer to make the payment at the end of the trip in cash
If the customer refuses to pay or pay less, do not confirm the price
Click on a problem
Choose the customer did not pay
Then contact a representative or technical support service to solve the problem.

Tips to follow before starting the trip:

Verify the customer's name
For cash trips, it is necessary to provide an exchange. If you do not have enough cash, the customer has the right not to pay or to pay less.
